I am sure I can not be the only Rovers fan worried about what the future holds.
A lot depends on whever or not we retain our P.L. status. If we do I still worry that players will jump ship in the summer. Do people like Samba, Jones, etc want to stay for another season like the one we have just had? There is already talk of Jones leaving in the summer, and don't talk to me about the fact he has recently signed a new contract. We all know they are not worth the paper they are written on.
If (God forbid) we get relegated next week then I can see a massive exodus of 'star' players. I also don't see us coming back up again any time soon.
I am seriously worried about the future of our club and am still trying to understand what the new owners hope to achieve.
As far as I can see they are not really bothered about improving the club and the standard of football, challenging for the F.A. or Carling Cup.
It seems to be about what they can achieve for Venkys.
Here's hoping for a big Euromillions win.
